HSE Plan

Our corporate mission is to put the interest of our customers first by rendering safe and high-quality services thereby ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and meeting the desired expectation of all stakeholders.

To promote and maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly working atmosphere our company has adopted best practices and procedures to meet the requirements of all clients. This involves training and compliance with activity standards, procedures, evidenced by documentation, with the view to preventing and/or eliminating and management of incident occurrences.

In our company, safety is the responsibility of every employee and each individual is expected to be fully committed to, and accountable in playing an integral part in its promotion and in the implementation of our HSE Plan in all our company’s operations. The company shall take proactive approach to safety management and integrate the management of safety in its day-to-day activity.  Injuries are always unacceptable; not only in view of the hardship they cause to the injured person and the disruption that incidents cause to his/her family, but also because good safety performance is associated with high efficiency, good quality and healthy working relationships. 

HSE Policy

Our company is committed to high standards of Safety, Health and Environmental Care in all of its activities. A copy of Eco Natural’s HSE Policy is enclosed.

HSE Management Systems

Eco Natural’s HSE management system provides the framework for managing all aspects of a Contract and it is designed to:

  • Ensure compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana and all related international laws
  • Demonstrate that all hazards are adequately managed

Achieve continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Hazard and Effects Management

Eco Natural’s hazard and effects management process is composed of the following steps:

  1. Systematically identify hazards, threats and their effects
  2. Assess the risks against specified screening criteria and ensure that it is As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
  3. Record the significant hazard and effects in a risk register
  4. Implement suitable measures to reduce and control risks
  5. Plan for recovery if control is lost.
