Our Management team includes Engineering and Business professionals, with diverse skill set. We work in partnership with sophisticated customers and partners who value the skill set and experience the team brings to bear on project development.

The leadership team of Eco Natural include: 

CHARLES ADDO, Chairman

  • Obtained a BA in Economics and Statistics at the University of Ghana, Legon in 1981.
  • Trained in the UK as a Financial Consultant with the Reliance Group of Companies and the Guardian Royal Exchange Personal Financial Management Limited (GRE). Became a full-time consultant with GRE from 1985 to 1989.
  • Addo returned to Ghana in 1989 and established a construction and plant pool company specializing in the road and mining sectors.
  • In 2003, Mr Addo became a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of the Meridian Group of Companies in Ghana specialising in structured trade finance and logistics.

EBENEZER QUAO, Managing Director

  • Obtained a BSc. In Building Technology in 1999 at the University of Science and Technology and thereafter a MSc in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland (2002 – 2003).
  • Wealth of International experience and commercial awareness in Project Management, Business Development, Project Planning and Delivery.
  • Member of the Association for Project Management and The Chartered Institute of Building.
  • Has strong, proven skills in Contract Administration, very good knowledge of forms of Contract and Statutory Regulations
  • Over 15 years’ professional work experience in Ghana and the United Kingdom in areas of infrastructural development and the oil & gas industry.

BENNY-JEAN LARYEA (Mrs.), Chief Operating Officer

  • Holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
  • Is also a Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP).
  • Has a wealth of experience in business, including 15 years of Supply Chain and Procurement experience, having worked across 22 countries in Nestle Central and West Africa Region (CWAR).
  • Has strong leadership skills and management experience from leading the implementation of a regional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project in Nestle Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria and Cote D’Ivoire, as well as heading the Procurement and Customer Facing Supply Chain Departments in her last 5 years in Nestle, between 2011 and 2016.
  • Other areas of expertise are in Spend Management, Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation, Supplier Development, Project Management and Enterprise Change Management.
  • Laryea is well travelled and is passionate about mentoring and coaching young talent and is excited about the opportunity to work with a team of experienced entrepreneurs at ENR, to fuel the transformation agenda in Ghana’s Oil and Gas industry, which has seen over 10 years of positive growth in infrastructure and services.

BABACAR A. BARRY, Legal Advisor and Company Secretary

  • BA (Hons) Combined Studies Law with Marketing, Leicester Business School, De Montfort University, UK. General Legal Council Law Practice Certificate at Ghana School of Law, Accra, Ghana.
  • Barrister at Law and Solicitor with a strong specialty in African Institutional and Commercial Law
  • Specialist translator of legal documents – French/English
  • Was the Legal Counsel & Advisor to the Special Representative of the Executive Secretary of ECOWAS in Cote d’Ivoire between 2004 and 2007
  • Legal Counsel & Advisor to the Special Presidential Advisor, Office of Conflict Resolution, Office of the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria between Oct. 2004 and Mar. 2007
  • Legal Counsel & Advisor to the Special Envoy of the Chairman of the African Union between April and August 2005
  • Currently, Partner – SCPA Kaba & Associes (Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire & Conakry, Guinea)
  • Senior Partner, Princess Chambers, Accra, Ghana with specialisation in oil and gas, Finance, Commercial Law and Litigation.
  • Has excellent legal network in Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, Mali and Burkina Faso

PRISCILLA ESSIEN, Group HR Manager

  • Holds a in Business Administration (HR Option) awarded by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
  • Has been with Eco Natural since its inception in 2009. Aside her role as Group HR Manager, she also serves as the Company Secretary, having initially served in the role as Office Manager.
  • With her several years of experience, spanning over a 14 year period, she has developed a mature and responsible approach to dealing with people and tasks or situations she is presented with.

BERNARD COFIE, Head of Finance

  • Obtained training and professional affiliations from Pannel Fitzpatrick & Co. Chartered Accountants and Auditors (1974); Institute of Chartered Accountants (GH) in 1979; Reed Accountancy Training (UK) in 1990.
  • Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, cost management, accounting policy and procedure development and implementation, payroll processing amongst others.
  • Progressive executive leader, operational strategist, and a sound financial advisor on complex and demanding financial settings. A driver for operational and financial efficiency that optimizes team performance and maximizes capital position.

EMMANUEL ANNO, HSE Manager

  • Obtained his MSc. Environmental Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
  • Is an OSHA certified HSE professional and a St. John’s ambulance certified first aider
  • Has 6 years of work experience in HSE management from the mining, manufacturing, chemical logistics and the oil and gas industries.
  • Set up HSE Management Systems for Kofi Ababio and Sons Limited, a chemical logistics and manufacturing company from June, 2013 to August, 2015.
  • Consulted for West Africa Retail Chain Limited and Vehicle Assembling Plant GH Limited as an HSE consultant to set up HSE Management Systems in 2015.
